01. Apply For Your Dream Retreat

Organizers approve retreat applicants, so make sure to fill out your profile so they know who you are. A quicker approval helps secure your preferred ticket and those early-bird prices!

02. Ticket Temporarily Charged

When your application is accepted, you’re charged the ticketprice as a deposit. If the retreat’s pre-order funding goal isn’t reached, your deposit is promptly refunded. Zero risk!

03. Woot! Retreat is Official!

When the pre-order sales goal is reached, a retreat becomes “Official.” From this moment on the cancellation policy of the Organizer applies and pre-order funds are used to pay off the reserved property.

04. Get Packed & Prepped

Get to know your other Participants through a new private group page and start planning your trip! Your Organizer will let you know what to bring and we can help you with flights and transport.

Refund Policy

If the Retreat is not funded before the given end date, then you will promptly be refunded. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of other awesome retreats to your liking!

Need to cancel when the retreat already is funded? Then the general Retreaters cancellation policy applies. Apart from that, the Organizer can offer more lenient cancellation policies, in which case he/she will reimburse you once his/her payouts have been received.

A free way for organizers to quickly test retreat viability while managing and approving their applicants.

01. Apply For Organizers Access

Fill out a quick application and verify your identity over a short video call for Organizers access – featuring guides and exclusive properties with discounted rates and free cancellations (if available in your preferred area during your preferred dates). Choose how much of the retreat you want to organize. Either use the platform ‘as is’, taking care of logistics yourself, or partner up with us. With our partner-package we will take care of all logistics so that you can focus on sharing your skills and passions while enjoying the retreat to the fullest.

02. Create Your Dream Retreat

Use our platform to outline your retreat category, focus, dates, property, daily itinerary, ticket types and prices, sales goals, food & transport options, and upload pictures and videos.

03. Set Goals & Submit For Approval

How many tickets do you need to sell to make it worth your while? We recommend property cost + travel expenses for the funding goal. Then send that dream retreat our way.

04. Property Reserved & Retreat Launched

Upon approval and before launching, the property needs to be reserved. Pick and choose your dream retreat destination from an extensive list of beautiful and well-managed retreat locations. By choosing the space of one of our partners, you will get the best deal possible, won’t run any financial risk and gain an instant partner who wants to help make your retreat a reality. Already have a property booked? Submit your booking receipt so we know your booking is secured.

05. Let The World Know!

It’s time to spread the word and we’re here to help, partner. Expect tons of tips and over a dozen customized marketing materials to share across your social media channels.

06. Get To Know Your Applicants

As applications come in, you’ll be able to check out their user profiles and chat via video or private message to make sure they’re the right fit. Once approved, we’ll take their payment and place it in reserve.

07. Now We're "Official!"

Your pre-order tickets sold out! People love your idea! The collected funds can now be used to pay off the property reservation. Your retreat is automatically upgraded to an “Official” event, where your ticket prices increase to the early bird stage.

Funds Payout And Commission

Our only fee is 12% of ticket sales when using the platform ‘as is’. To reduce fraud, we pay out profits to the Organizers after a retreat has ended. Organizers’ profits are sent within 48 hours of their completed retreat via Transferwise™ or Stripe™.

Zero Financial Risk

If your pre-order funding goal isn’t met in time, we sadly have to end the campaign and cancel the property reservation. Any funds collected are returned to the applicants and you won’t spend a penny. But please, please try again!

01. Register your Retreat location

Get immediate access to your personal dashboard where you can start adding your property.  If you have multiple properties under a single brand then you can start by creating an overview to promote your brand and allow all your property to be found and booked via this one page. Easy and fast.

02. Set your cancellation period, terms and booking conditions

Set the minimum amount of days an organizer needs to book and if they get a discount when booking more than x days. Decide how many days before the retreat the full amount for the booking needs to be paid. Until that point the reservation can be freely cancelled by the organizer, but from that point onward you are sure to get the full amount of the booking. No last minute cancellations!

03. After approval of your listing: add your available dates

After checking your identity and making sure your listing looks ready to be promoted as a retreat destination you can start adding your dates and prices. Easily connect with other booking systems via an ical.

04. Get bookings from Retreat organizers

Retreat organizers can now find and book your property. When you get a booking you will have the chance to approve or reject the organizer. After your approval, the organizer will start their pre-sale campaign to fill up their retreat. Free extra promotion for you property as a retreat location!

05. Organizer successful? You get paid!

The organizer’s tickets sold out! People loved the idea and your retreat destination! The collected funds are now locked and you will get the full amount at the end of the retreat.

Funds Payout And Commission

It costs nothing to list and promote your property on our website. We only take a 12% booking-fee once your property is booked AND the presale campaign of the organizer was successful. That way we only get paid when you do and everybody has the same goal: to make the retreat a wonderful reality. To reduce fraud, we pay out the funds within 24 hours after the retreat has ended.

Low Risk

We all have the same goal of making the Retreat a success, but in case the pre-order funding goal isn’t met in time by the organizer (before your cancellation period), we sadly have to end the campaign and cancel the property reservation. However, in some cases an organizer and participants might still want to go ahead with the retreat. In that case the remaining amount can be paid by the organizer to Retreaters and everything will work the same. If the reservation had to be cancelled, then you have the option to allow last minute retreat bookings by other organizers of which the full amount has to be paid immediately when booking.

Fill out a quick application and verify your identity to add your retreat to our platform. Hostrs that hit their pre-order funding goals are automatically upgraded to “Official” when they hit their target(and don’t need to worry about these next steps).

02. Upload Your Sweet Retreat

Use our platform to outline your retreat category, focus, dates, property details, daily itinerary, ticket types and prices, food and transport options, and upload pictures and videos.

03. Approved & Launched

We’ll double check your retreat details and if all’s well, we should have you approved and loaded on our front page within 24 hours. Then it’s time to get the word out.
